billy miner pub

The Ride:  The ride leaves Braid Street Skytrain, winds it way to the Coquitlam river (and up, no paddle), across to the Pitt for a short dyke ride to the Pitt River Bridge. From there we go along bike trails and back roads to the Billy Miner Pub.. After a beverage or two, (and perhaps a bite to eat), We will return via Pitt Meadows Airport, Mary Hill Bypass to United Boulevard to return to Braid. This is a no drop ride, it’s not a speed ride.

Bring tools/spares in case of flats. Keep an eye on the website for possible cancellation in the event of rain/snow/ice.

    Hey Colin
What is ETA back at Braid?

A big thanks to Colin for leading us through Coquitlam, PoCo, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge. It was epic AND under 100km. Highlights include the coyote sighting and views of multiple rivers. I am happy to report we encountered no water in any of the 3 states of matter, neither ice, rain, nor river that required crossing. I’m expecting steam come summer, but that may be a more personal issue. Great food and drink as usual at Billy Miner. A big welcome to Henry for whom this was his first ride.
