TGIF Date Change-Monday October 6 – The Secret Garden-Medium Ride

Update: I’ve moved the date of the ride to Monday October 6 instead.

For retirees and those who just don’t want to work on a Friday, let’s go for a ride. This is a substitute for a perennial favourite, Point Roberts. While boycotting our American brethren, let’s go to Centennial Beach to check out the Secret Garden, so secret you can find it on Google.

The ride: Mostly flat, except the bridge crossings. Option to have your lunch at Centennial Beach or stop at the Wooden Frog for coffee before heading home. Pace will be in the low to mid 20s, because I’m still recovering from the Belcarra ride. Someone put 911 on their speed dial for me.

Approximate distance and elevation gain: About 80km, more if you ride to the start/end.
