Just two riders showed up at the start, but by the time we reached River Road in Richmond we picked up three more. This was one of those true and sweet Richmond express rides… sunny, flat, fast-ish and filled with river views.
Once in Steveston we headed straight to Little Mexico for tacos, enchiladas and other Mexican treats. It didn’t disappoint.
After filling our bellies we were off to Garry Point for some serious tall ship viewing. The Kaiwo Maru also didn’t disappoint with its massive size and impressive rigging. A real treat.
We had a good mix of fast carbon purebreds, touring bikes and a cool recumbent. Thanks to all for coming.
