Saturday July 1 – Whytecliff Park – Medium Ride

Pedal to Whytecliff Park for a quick workout and then a dip to cool off.  Expected pace: mid 20s kph on the flats.  Bring a trusty bike, tools for flats, and the skills to use them. The concession might be open at Whytecliff, but best to bring your own food/energy bars.
